I had a very good experience here today. Food and drink that we ordered were delicious! We had the spicy porchetta sandwich (SUPER GOOD, and the pork and cabbage dumplings delicious and Very spiced up! The space is modern and clean. I was a little confused out front because of the lack of signage. After reading some of the negative reviews about the cost of things here, maybe some people need to rethink the way they eat. This is NOT FAST FOOD! This is crafted food from quality chefs. You have to pay for better ingredients period! If you're trying to spend less eating out, go to a casual dining chain restaurant that has buying power with national vendors and you'll be much happier eating a large plate of garbage that's straight out of the microwave for $10! Food for thought Depot 303 has some great food! Shout out to the guy that made my porchetta sandwich today! I was a showstopper!

I’ve lived in Central Florida for years and love exploring new food spots—and Depot 303 blew me away. It’s a modern food hall with a clean, welcoming vibe and some of the best local eats I’ve had in a while. We tried every vendor, and each one brought something special: Fat Maggies: comfort food done right—crispy, flavorful, and filling. Tilau Asian Fusion: fresh, bold flavors you won’t forget. King of the Coop: that Nashville hot chicken? Pizza Odyssey: creative pies with amazing crust and flavor. The bar: beautiful setup with a great drink selection. This is more than just a place to grab a bite—it’s a destination. Whether you’re local or just passing through Polk County, Depot 303 is worth the trip. Great food, great vibes, and a big win for Mulberry!

Awesome little spot in Mulberry. Great addition to the town with a nice selection of foods and a modern style building. Pizza, burgers, Asian fusion, fried chicken.. etc. There's a bar in here as well which is great for gatherings. It has a closed out area if you want to avoid all the noice. Lots of seating. Music playing in the background too.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Depot 303 in Mulberry! The Grilled & Crispy Platter was perfectly cooked—crispy, flavorful, and so satisfying. My husband also tried the Chicken Adobo Meal from Tilaw Asian Fusion, and it was good with rich, authentic flavors. The portions were generous, and everything was freshly prepared. Great atmosphere and friendly service made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to try some of the depots other spots !

Very clean! Nice and spacious! Everyone was friendly & I love the concept! We tried something from all of the spots and everything was delicious! Candied bacon fries were my favorite! It’s a cool little upgrade for mulberry! We will definitely be back!

Depot 303 in Mulberry is an awesome spot! I tried the Caesar salad with chicken from Pizza Odessy and the chicken sandwich from King of the Coop—both were delicious, especially the sandwich. The vibe inside is really pleasant and makes for a great dining experience. Highly recommend!

Went here just to check it out because the menu online was confusing. Turns out to be like a food court with many options. From coal fired pizza to smash burgers, Asian fusion, pork, dumplings, and more. The decor is beautiful and the food is solid. We will go back. We started by splitting pizza and smash burgers. Both were very good. When you are headed out to eat and no one can decide what to go out for, this is a great choice. Seating is available for large parties, outdoor seating, private event rooms, and there is a full bar offering a variety of adult beverages. Ample parking.

Depot 303 is such a great addition to the Mulberry area, a big food stall eatery with indoor & outdoor seating, and walking distance to the Mulberry Ice Cream Company and another cafe. The Depot 303 is still kind of in a soft opening, so not all of the stalls have been filled yet. Once they are, there will be a good 7-8 different options to choose from. Even then, when I went you could get a nice burger, dumplings, Asian fusion, or a stone oven fired pizza. And with a nashville hot chicken stall soon to come. It’s already a great variety of choices. There will be more seating soon as well- they have a covered outdoor patio area that will be fabulous. There’s also a bar in the back so they have a little of everything here. I think come end of summer (2025) they will be much more smoothly running. We got our food pretty fast from a couple different stalls though it wasn’t busy at lunchtime during the week. All of the food was very tasty and would come back again. I’m curious to see how this place runs when it starts to get busier, but again what a great thing for Mulberry to have!
